Paducah Insurance Agency, LLC
2018 brings a year of change for us. After splitting off our church insurance clients into a separate agency in 2016, Bradshaw & Weil made several necessary operational changes that impacted the remaining commercial lines accounts. Phillip (my dad) and I both felt that there was an opportunity for a similar separation from Bradshaw & Weil for our business clients.
Bradshaw & Weil is owned by my first cousin, Brandon Morgan. Brandon and I have worked together my entire time in the insurance business, since I started in 2004. He’s been a fantastic mentor, partner (in our American Church Group agency) and friend during my time at Bradshaw & Weil. As we discussed a strategic change we at first thought it might work with us remaining at Bradshaw & Weil or possibly remaining at 621 Broadway as a separate organization. As we further discussed the change, it became obvious that a full separation was the best option for all involved. We all knew that with this change our family ties and friendship would remain.
It has been a lot of work, but it is with much gratitude that we can now announce that we have fully and amicably separated from Bradshaw & Weil. Paducah Insurance Agency, LLC, launched quietly on January 2nd, 2018, and we have been working hard to get all the boxes unpacked and our new offices looking nice for the announcement that the separation was completed.
We are extremely excited that Pam Huston and Amber Barnes came with us in this new venture. In fact, this new office would not have been possible had they not come with us. For our clients, the separation will mean the inconvenience of updating our contact info and coming to a new location. That said, this separation will NOT mean any change to our service levels, relationships or carriers partners.
Since you are receiving this letter, Paducah Insurance Agency, LLC, is now your agency of record for all business policies. Your agent and support staff will not change, and your insurance company will not change. Our agency will not be offering personal (home/auto/renters) insurance in Marshall or McCracken counties until 2020. Our own home and auto policies are handled by Bradshaw & Weil, and we expect to have a joint Christmas party with BW in 2018.
Please call us if you have additional questions or would like to discuss the transition and what it means for your account.
